About us and Janet Fong

Lotus Body Contouring & Post-Op Care is a private, nurse-led practice dedicated to helping clients heal comfortably and confidently after cosmetic surgery. Clients are supported with specialized post-op lymphatic massage, body contouring, and clinical facials designed to reduce swelling, enhance results, and restore balance.

​Lotus was founded by Janet Fong, a Licensed Vocational Nurse, esthetician, and massage therapist with over 20 years of experience in plastic surgery aftercare. Janet blends medical knowledge with a nurturing, spa-like touch, creating a safe space where clients feel seen, supported, and never rushed.
Having cared for clients locally and as a travel nurse in other states and countries, Janet understands the physical and emotional demands of recovery and designs each session around individual needs.


Our approach
Every treatment is customized to your procedure, stage of healing, and comfort level. Whether you visit the Norco studio or book an in-home/post-surgery stay, the focus is always the same: gentle hands, clear education, and practical support so you can relax, breathe, and focus on feeling better.
